2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. When you visit, the server stores technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure operation of the website. The data is deleted after 14 days at the latest unless the provider uses a shorter period.
3. No cookies, no analytics, no third-party services
This website sets no cookies for visitors and uses no analytics or advertising services. Fonts, scripts and videos are loaded from our own server; no data is transferred to third parties such as Google.
4. Project inquiry and contact
If you contact us via the inquiry form or by email, we process your details (name, email, phone, project details) to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. The details are sent to us by email (email service: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., Dublin, Ireland) and are additionally saved in a protected, login-only area of our website so no inquiry is lost. We delete them automatically after 180 days at the latest, unless deleted sooner.
5. Job applications
We process application documents (name, email, CV) to carry out the application process under § 26 BDSG and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. The file is sent by email and additionally kept in a password-protected area of our web server that only the management can access; no public web address for the file ever exists. If no employment follows, we delete the documents no later than 180 days after receipt, sooner on request.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Please contact us at the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.
7. Encryption
Data is transmitted in encrypted form via HTTPS.
The German version is legally binding.
